To qualify for the Towers, an applicant must:

• Be at least 62 years of age.
• Be over 18 and need the features of an architecturally designed unit.
• Meet HUD income guidelines as listed.
• Rent is based of 30% of adjusted income.
• Income includes:
• All income from wages, social security, domestic and foreign pensions and/or family support.
• All earnings from assets; savings, investments Property and business.
• Adjustments are made for out of pocket Medical expenses not reimbursed by Medicare/Medicaid or supplement insurance.
